2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations or refunds are not possible, even if the item has not yet been shipped.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If a COD or Partial COD order is refused at the time of delivery and the parcel is returned to us:
Any advance amount paid will be forfeited.
Please ensure that you or someone else is available to accept the delivery.
5. Customer Responsibility

6. Refund Policy
