Return & Exchange Policy

At RAW RPM, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept exchange requests only under specific conditions, as outlined below.


Eligible Reasons for Exchange

We accept exchange requests only for the following issues:

  • Size Issues

  • Defective Product

Important: Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Size Exchange Conditions

  • All size exchange requests are subject to approval by our team.

  • If the requested size is not available, you may:

    • Wait until the size is restocked

    • Choose an alternative product

    • Opt for a store credit or gift coupon

Your request may be rejected if:

  • The requested size is unavailable

  • The selected size is deemed inappropriate for the product (please check the size chart carefully before ordering)


Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

 Without valid proof of purchase, we cannot process the exchange.


Exchange/Return Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • The item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • The request is made more than 2 days after delivery

  • The item belongs to non-exchangeable categories, including:

    • Rainwear

    • Base layers

    • Made-to-order items

    • Discounted or sale items


Shipping Guidelines

  • Do NOT return the product to the manufacturer.

  • If your exchange is approved, we’ll share our warehouse return address (also available on our Contact Us page).

Shipping Charges:

  • Both-way shipping costs (for return and reshipment) must be paid by the customer

  • Customers must arrange return shipping themselves

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or loss during return transit

If the delivery is refused by the customer:

  • You must pay RTO (Return to Origin) charges and reshipping charges

  • Re-delivery will be processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse
