Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

 

1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD options on select products and locations. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery.

If the parcel is refused or not accepted, any advance payment made will be forfeited.


2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once your order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if the product hasn’t been shipped yet. Please verify your order details before payment.


3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any products. However, we accept exchanges for size issues or defective products under specific conditions.


4. How do I request an exchange?

You must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of product delivery by emailing rawrpmindia@gmail.com. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if the product is defective.


5. What are the conditions for exchange?

  • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or purchased during sales/offers are not eligible.


6. Which items are non-exchangeable?

  • Rainwear

  • Base layers

  • Made-to-order items

  • Discounted or sale items


7. Who pays for shipping during exchanges?

Customers are responsible for both the return shipping charges and the shipping cost for the replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website or log in to your RawRPM account.


9. What if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or peak seasons like festivals and holidays. We are not liable for such delays.


10. Do you provide product warranties?

RawRPM acts only as a merchant. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer or importer directly. We are happy to assist in getting you in touch with the right channels.
